We offer convenient delivery to our customers and try to ensure fast and reliable delivery of every order. Here are the details of our shipping process:
Delivery areas:
We deliver our products throughout the city of Lviv. Regardless of where you live or work, we will be happy to deliver your flower arrangements directly to the specified address.
Delivery terms:
We usually try to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may depend on the amount of work and the availability of flowers. Usually, orders are delivered within 2 hours from the moment of ordering. Please note that there may be delivery restrictions on Sundays.
Shipping cost:
We provide free delivery throughout Lviv, if the amount of your order is UAH 3,000. or more If your order is less than UAH 3,000. delivery is UAH 200.
Return and exchange policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at our flower studio. Since flowers are a membranous and perishable commodity, we cannot accept returns of flowers due to their characteristics. However, your satisfaction remains our priority and we are always ready to find a solution if there is a problem with your order.
